Dr. Jordan Gardner

Dr. Jordan Gardner is a Board Certified Adult and Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist. Dr. Gardner participated in the prestigious Medical Scholars Program, the 7-year combined B.S./M.D. program at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. He completed his residency and fellowship at the University of Colorado School of Medicine where he received the Dr. Judy Hu Award for leadership among residents as well as was recognized for outstanding service in the area of child advocacy.

Dr. Gardner lives in Golden, CO. He is passionate about travel, the outdoors, reading, advocating for increasing access to mental health care, and rescuing animals.

Monique Carrera

Monique Carrera is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and avid supporter of improving the accessibility to mental health services in her community. She promotes a safe and judgement-free environment for clients to share their concerns. Monique places a strong emphasis on patient-provider collaboration, working with her clients to determine how to best achieve their goals.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies in 2012 and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2015. She pursued her graduate education at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, earning a Master of Science in Nursing in 2021. She is board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Kristin Hasselbring

Kristin Hasselbring is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She holds a BS in Human Biology from Indiana University, a BS in Nursing from Valparaiso University, and an MS in Nursing from Purdue University.
Her clinical approach is holistic, inclusive, and focused on empowering patients to take an active role in their mental health. She values informed decision-making, collaborative care, and creating a safe, respectful space where clients feel heard.
With 10 years of ICU nursing experience, Kristin brings deep empathy, compassion, and resilience—qualities shaped by helping patients and families through life’s most difficult moments.
She lives in Golden, CO, and enjoys the outdoors, staying active, reading, baking, painting, and time with her dogs.

Nancy Winfrey

Born and raised in the Denver area, Nancy attended New College in Florida and graduated in 1981. Following graduation, she worked as a mental health worker for children and adults for six years before pursuing graduate training. She earned an M.A. and Ph.D. in Child Clinical Psychology from the University of Denver, completing an internship at Stanford University and additional postdoctoral training at the Developmental Neuropsychology Lab at DU.

Licensed as a psychologist in Colorado since 1995, Nancy has been in private practice since 1997. In addition to private practice, she has worked in community mental health and supervised doctoral trainees. Outside of work, Nancy enjoys spending time with her family, playing soccer, and being outdoors.
