Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own internal practice of psychiatric patients under the guidance of our team.
  • Provide thorough psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing care for your patients.
  • Work closely with therapists and other healthcare professionals to offer holistic care for patients.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with appropriate licensing and certification
  • Demonstrated experience or interest in psychiatric care and medication management
  • Capable of autonomously leading your own practice within our collaborative environment

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work with a diverse group of patients and team members
  • Advanced computer skills including use of electronic health record and MS Office products and the ability to learn new tools as needed

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program
  • Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with current license to practice in the state of Colorado
  • DEA Certified with Prescriptive Authority
  • Maintain current knowledge of psychopharmacology including medication interaction through ongoing collaboration and consultation with the psychiatrist
  • Complete all required paperwork accurately and within established timeframes, and to accepted standards of practice.
  • Comfortable with a private pay model or insurance coverage model
  • Ability to apply for individual NPI with guidance from office staff

  • Manage your own internal practice of therapy patients under the guidance of our team.
  • Lead therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and/or groups, using evidence-based methods to support personal growth and healing
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care that meets each patient’s unique mental health needs

Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Specializing in Psychological Testing)

The practice prioritizes accurate diagnostic assessments and building a strong therapeutic alliance to tailor treatments to individual needs. We take an evidence-based approach and focus on improving relationships, work-life balance, and self-acceptance. As we expand our services, we are seeking a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in psychological testing to join our team and provide essential diagnostic services to our patients.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinical Psychologist or PsyD to conduct psychological assessments and testing for our diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have experience in administering and interpreting a wide range of psychological tests, including those for autism, ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, personality, and neuropsychological assessments. You will collaborate closely with our team of psychiatrists, therapists, and other professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and interpret a variety of psychological assessments. Autism assessment is necessary and you can offer any others that you are able to offer.
  • Write clear, detailed, and timely reports summarizing assessment results, and provide recommendations based on findings.
  • Provide feedback to patients and their families about the results of the tests, with sensitivity and professionalism.
  • Work closely with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, therapists, and other clinical staff to incorporate assessment findings into treatment planning.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss complex cases and provide recommendations for treatment.
  • Maintain strong communication with referring providers and ensure that testing results are integrated into the patient’s ongoing care plan.
